Licensed child care facilities in Surrey are inspected by Fraser Health. You can look up any provider's licence status and inspection history through Fraser Health before you enrol, and ask the provider directly for their licence number.

Licensed care is inspected and must meet provincial standards for staffing ratios, space and safety. Licence-not-required providers care for no more than two children unrelated to them, are not routinely inspected, and may choose to register with a Child Care Resource and Referral centre.
